I Love Watching Bands in Live Performances
One of the most exciting things I do in my life is go to concerts. Whether it’s a concert featuring a famous pop star like Justin Bieber or Demi Lovato, or just a local live band at the county fair, I can’t get enough of the live performance atmosphere. There’s nothing quite like watching live bands when the crowd is rocking out, waving their hands, or jumping up and down. How exciting is that? I know I promised you that I would list my favorite bands here, but I think I’ve decided against that. It’s just so hard to pick favorites. So sorry if I’ve disappointed you, but hey, that’s how it goes sometimes.
I have been to many weddings where they’ve had live music. Sometimes they’ll hire a band, sometimes a string quartet, sometimes a singer, sometimes a DJ, and sometimes they’ll either have no music at all, or they’ll bring in an Elvis impersonator, a comedian, or some other entertainment that’s not music at all. I love everything, but the wedding music bands are the most exciting of all. They can really get the wedding crowd going, no doubt about it. On the other hand, I’ve seen some pretty bad bands, but that is very rare. And usually, even if the bad is singing off key, it’s still so much fun because people are dancing on the floor and having a great time. Yes, live music delivered by a band is pretty much always fun and exciting.
OK, so now you know a few of my thoughts about live bands and other types of music performers. Just look at the image above and you’ll understand why I have so much fun whenever I come across a music group performing live somewhere. Hands in the air, singing along, jumping up and down…how can it get any more fun than that? Well, it can’t, actually. Anyway, if you ever get a chance to go see a music group performing live in concert, don’t pass up the opportunity. You’ll be sorry you did.
